Cyber security services in Saudi Arabia and the GCC: test it, defend it, prove it
GoAgile protects Saudi and GCC organisations with penetration testing, 24/7 managed detection and response on a security data lake, identity, cloud and network security, OT protection, and compliance with NCA, SAMA, PDPL, ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
Testers, SOC analysts, engineers and GRC consultants in one team
Aligned to NCA ECC, CCC and OTCC, SAMA CSF and the PDPL
Delivered in Arabic and English, from Riyadh across the GCC
Cyber security services protect an organisation's systems, data and people from attack, and prove to regulators that the protection is real. They fall into five groups: testing that finds weaknesses, managed monitoring that detects and responds, security engineering for identity, cloud and network, protection of industrial systems, and compliance and assurance.
In Saudi Arabia the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) sets the baseline through the Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC), with further controls for cloud, critical systems, operational technology and data. SAMA adds requirements for financial institutions, the Personal Data Protection Law governs personal data, and managed SOC services are licensed by the NCA.
We deliver all five groups from one team. Findings from a penetration test sharpen detection rules, the data behind detection supports audits, and compliance work reflects how your systems really run.

02Everything we provide
Every service, at a glance
Five practices and every service inside them. Open any one for scope, method, standards and the questions buyers ask.
A security data lake that keeps every log, searchable and in the Kingdom
Most SIEM models force a choice between cost and retention. A security data lake stores all telemetry cheaply in a governed store, runs detections on the hot data and keeps the full history for hunting, investigation and audit.
Long retention without runaway cost
Keep logs for as long as the NCA ECC, your sector regulator or an investigation needs, across hot, warm and cold tiers.
In-Kingdom by design
Telemetry stays in Saudi-hosted or on-premises storage, encrypted and access-controlled.
One schema, many tools
Normalised data feeds detection, hunting, reporting and your existing SIEM.
Audit evidence on demand
Searchable history and exportable reports for NCA, SAMA and ISO 27001 audits.
One lifecycle, six functions, every service mapped
We organise our services around the NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0, so each engagement has a clear place in your security programme.

How is GoAgile different from other cyber security companies in Saudi Arabia?
Security is delivered by the same team that builds and runs infrastructure, ERP and software, so we implement the controls we recommend instead of handing over a report. We combine technical depth with working knowledge of the NCA, SAMA and PDPL, deliver in Arabic and English, and keep one accountable team from assessment to audit evidence.
How long has GoAgile been in business?
GoAgile Technologies was founded in 2012 and has more than 14 years of delivery experience for enterprises, government bodies and regulated organisations in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
Which sectors does GoAgile work with?
Regulated and critical sectors: government and public bodies, defence and industry, banking and financial services, insurance, energy and utilities, telecommunications, healthcare, retail, logistics and manufacturing. Controls and reporting are mapped to each sector's regulator, such as the NCA or SAMA.
Where is GoAgile based and which countries do you cover?
GoAgile is headquartered in Riyadh with an office in Dubai, and delivers cyber security services across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Work is done remotely and on site, mapped to each country's regulators and frameworks.
Does GoAgile hold ISO certifications?
Yes. GoAgile's management systems are certified to ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety) and ISO 27001 (information security). The marks are shown in the credentials section of this page.
Services
What cyber security services does GoAgile provide in Saudi Arabia?
Five practices: penetration testing and red teaming; managed security including SOC, MDR, a security data lake, vulnerability management and incident response; cloud, identity and network security; OT and IoT security; and compliance, risk and assurance covering NCA, SAMA, PDPL, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS and a virtual CISO.
Do you provide penetration testing in KSA?
Yes. We test networks, web applications, APIs, mobile apps and source code, and run red team exercises. Reports are available in English and Arabic, with a retest to confirm fixes.
What is the difference between a SOC, MDR and an MSSP?
A SOC is the team and tooling that monitors for threats. Managed detection and response (MDR) adds active investigation and containment on your behalf. An MSSP is a broader provider that may run a SOC, manage security devices and handle vulnerability management and reporting.
What is a security data lake?
A security data lake stores all security telemetry, such as endpoint, network, cloud and identity logs, in a low-cost governed store with a common schema. Detections run on the hot data, while the full history stays searchable for threat hunting, investigations and audit evidence.
Do you secure industrial control systems and IoT?
Yes. Our OT and IoT practice covers ICS and SCADA assessments, network segmentation and secure remote access, OT patch and vulnerability management, IoT device testing and support for critical national infrastructure operators, using passive methods that do not disturb production.
Do you offer a virtual CISO?
Yes. A virtual CISO provides part-time senior security leadership, covering strategy, governance, risk, vendor oversight and board reporting, on a fixed monthly engagement and backed by our testing, SOC and compliance teams.
Compliance
What is the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls framework?
The ECC is the National Cybersecurity Authority's baseline of cyber security controls. It applies to government bodies and to private organisations that own, operate or host critical national infrastructure, and many other organisations adopt it as best practice. The current edition is ECC-2:2024.
Is a managed SOC regulated in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. The NCA licenses managed security operations centre providers in two tiers. Government bodies and operators of critical national infrastructure must use a Tier 1 licensed provider, while other organisations can use Tier 1 or Tier 2. We tell you which tier applies to you before you commit.
Can you help with ISO 27001 and SOC 2?
Yes. We design and implement the controls, prepare the evidence, run the internal audit and support you through the external audit. Certification and SOC 2 reports are issued by independent bodies, an accredited certification body for ISO 27001 and a licensed CPA firm for SOC 2.
Do you cover SAMA, PDPL and PCI DSS?
Yes. We assess and remediate against the SAMA Cyber Security Framework for financial entities, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) for personal data and PCI DSS v4.0.1 for card payments. Because the frameworks overlap, we build one control set and collect the evidence once for all of them.
Do you cover UAE, GCC and European regulations?
Yes. We map to Dubai's DESC and UAE information assurance requirements, Qatar's national information assurance standard and the frameworks of Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, and to NIS 2 and DORA for organisations with European operations or customers.
Support
How do we get started?
Tell us what you need to protect and the regulations that apply to you. We arrange a scoping call, propose the right service and order of work, and agree scope, timeline and price before anything starts.
How much do cyber security services cost in Saudi Arabia?
It depends on the service and scope. Penetration tests are priced by the size and complexity of the target, compliance programmes by scope and readiness, and managed services by the number of assets, users and log sources. We provide a fixed-scope estimate after a short scoping call.
Do you provide 24/7 monitoring and incident response?
Yes. Managed SOC and MDR services run around the clock, and incident response is available on a retainer or on demand. In an incident, an on-call responder starts containment and evidence preservation while we work with your team and, where required, your regulator.
Can you work with the security tools we already own?
Yes. We are vendor-neutral and operate the platforms you already have, and we recommend changes only where they earn their place. If you have no tooling yet, we recommend what fits your budget, your environment and the regulations that apply.
Do you offer ongoing support after a project ends?
Yes. After a project you can move to a retainer or managed service covering continuous monitoring, retesting, compliance upkeep and virtual CISO support, so controls keep working between audits. Reports, policies and workshops are available in Arabic and English.
