Implementation, upgrades, migration and support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and the wider Dynamics family, built for complex, multi-entity organisations in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
Enterprise ERP for Complex, Multi-Entity Businesses
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is Microsoft’s cloud ERP for large and growing organisations. It brings financial management, supply chain, procurement, warehousing and manufacturing onto one platform, with the controls, consolidation and scale that multi-entity groups need.
We bring enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics expertise to complex finance, supply chain and manufacturing scenarios, from the first requirements workshop through go-live and ongoing support. Alongside Finance & Operations we work across the wider Dynamics family, including Dynamics AX, NAV, CRM and LS Retail.
Microsoft Dynamics is used by retailers, manufacturers, wholesale distributors and service companies, whether they trade in one country or many, to help their people make decisions with confidence and work more productively.

Microsoft Dynamics AX, and the road to Dynamics 365
Microsoft Dynamics AX is an integrated, adaptable business management solution that streamlines financial, customer relationship and supply chain processes. It works like, and with, familiar Microsoft software, which eases adoption and lowers the risk of implementing a new system.
AX helps organisations run across locations and countries by consolidating and standardising processes, giving visibility across the organisation and simplifying compliance. Its successor, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, carries those strengths to the cloud with continuous updates, so many AX customers are now planning their move.
Still on AX?
- Keep your current AX system supported while you plan
- Review customisations and keep only what still adds value
- Move data and history to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
From paper files and legacy systems to one clean, reconciled system.
Migration
Moving to Microsoft Dynamics from another ERP
We have moved organisations from well-known platforms such as SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle and PeopleSoft to Microsoft Dynamics, and upgraded long-standing AX and NAV users to Dynamics 365. Each move follows the same discipline:
- Map current processes and decide what to redesign, not just copy
- Clean, convert and load master data, balances and open transactions
- Run parallel checks and reconcile before cut-over
- Train users on the new system before it goes live

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations FAQs
What is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations?
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is Microsoft’s enterprise ERP. It combines financial management, supply chain, procurement, warehousing and manufacturing on one cloud platform, designed for large and multi-entity organisations.
Is Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations the same as Dynamics AX?
It is the successor to Dynamics AX. Microsoft moved AX to the cloud and renamed it, first as Dynamics 365 for Operations and now as Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, together known as Finance & Operations. If you still run AX, we can support it and plan your upgrade.
We still use Dynamics AX or NAV. Can you support us?
Yes. We support existing Dynamics AX and NAV systems and plan the move forward: AX to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central, with your data, customisations and reports reviewed along the way.
Can you migrate us from SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle or PeopleSoft?
Yes. We have moved organisations from SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle and PeopleSoft to Microsoft Dynamics. We map your processes, clean and convert your data, and reconcile balances and open transactions before go-live.
What is the difference between Finance & Operations and Business Central?
Business Central targets small and mid-sized businesses that want a faster, simpler rollout. Finance & Operations targets larger organisations with multiple legal entities, complex supply chain or manufacturing needs, and higher transaction volumes. We recommend whichever fits, even when it is not Finance & Operations.
Do you provide Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI and Power Platform?
Yes. We implement Dynamics 365 CRM applications for sales, marketing, customer service and field service, build Power BI dashboards on your Dynamics data, and use the Power Platform to automate workflows and build apps around your ERP.
Do you help with hardware and connectivity?
Yes. For on-premise and hybrid deployments we plan servers, networking and connectivity alongside the software, so the system performs well from day one. Our IT Infrastructure team can deliver it.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on the number of legal entities, the modules in scope, the amount of data to migrate and the integrations needed. Most projects are phased by entity or module, and we confirm a timeline after the scoping workshop rather than quoting one up front.
Do you provide Microsoft Dynamics services in Riyadh?
Yes. Our head office is in Riyadh and we deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX, NAV and CRM services across Saudi Arabia, with on-site workshops and support, and across the wider GCC.
