IT infrastructure services in Saudi Arabia, designed, built and run by one team
From the cabling in the wall to the team watching your network at 3 a.m., GoAgile designs, builds and manages IT infrastructure for organisations across Saudi Arabia and the GCC: data centres, networks, Wi-Fi, servers, cloud, backup, disaster recovery and the people to run it all.
Eight services, one accountable team, from first survey to 24/7 operations
Vendor-neutral design across Cisco, Fortinet, Huawei, Dell, VMware, Azure and more
14+ years serving Saudi institutions, with ISO 27001 certified practices
IT infrastructure is everything your technology runs on: the rooms and building services that house it, the cabling and network that connect it, the servers, storage and cloud that process and hold your data, the backup and recovery that protect it, and the people and processes that keep it running. Every application you use, from ERP to email, depends on it.
Infrastructure decisions are the hardest to reverse. A cabling system lasts a decade, a data centre longer, and the cheapest bid often becomes the most expensive system once cooling, recovery or growth is considered. We help clients decide what to build, what to rent and what to run in the cloud, and then we do the work.
GoAgile covers the whole lifecycle under one contract: assess and design, supply and install, migrate and commission, then manage and improve. Because the same team does all four, designs are built to be operated, and what we learn from operating them feeds back into the next design.

Our services
Eight services, one accountable team
Buy one service on its own or combine several into a programme. Each page explains the scope, the standards, the process and the questions people ask.
Whatever your infrastructure question, it sits in one of these domains. Each one links to the service page with the detail.
Networks that are fast, segmented and watched
The network is the part of the infrastructure every user notices. We design it for capacity and security, build it on certified cabling, and monitor it around the clock.
LAN, WAN and SD-WAN design
Firewalls and secure remote access with Fortinet, Palo Alto and Cisco
Enterprise Wi-Fi from survey to support
Campus and data centre switching
Internet and carrier link design
Network documentation and 24/7 monitoring
What you get: A network that performs, that you can document, and that someone is watching.
Servers, storage and virtualisation platforms are sized to the applications on them, with lifecycle and capacity planned in advance, so refreshes are decisions rather than emergencies.
Server and storage sizing with Dell, Lenovo and NetApp
VMware, Hyper-V and Nutanix virtualisation
Windows Server, Linux and Red Hat
Containers with Docker and Kubernetes
Hardware lifecycle and refresh planning
Capacity monitoring and forecasting
What you get: Performance for today and a clear plan for growth.
Few organisations are all-cloud or all on-premises. We design hybrid environments that place each workload where its cost, performance and data rules say it belongs.
Microsoft Azure and Huawei Cloud design and migration
Hybrid connectivity: private links and VPN
Landing zones, identity and governance
Cost control and right-sizing
Placement that respects data residency and the CST cloud framework
Backup and disaster recovery to the cloud
What you get: A cloud footprint that is secure, governed and affordable.
We survey what you have, how it performs and what it depends on, then agree the targets for availability, recovery, security and cost.
02
Design
Architecture, drawings, specifications and a costed bill of quantities, with the options and trade-offs written down.
03
Build
Supply and installation by our engineers, with certified cabling, labelled equipment and documentation as the work progresses.
04
Migrate and commission
Staged migration with rollback, then integrated testing, including failure scenarios, before anything is handed over.
05
Run
Managed IT, the 24/7 NOC and backup and DR operations, working to the service levels in the contract.
06
Improve
Monthly reports and quarterly reviews drive refresh plans, capacity changes and the next set of projects.
Migration services · KSA & GCC
Move workloads, applications and data with confidence
Datacenter relocations, cloud migrations, database moves and SAP and ERP migrations — discovery-led, wave-based and rollback-tested. Every cutover is rehearsed, every wave has a rollback path, and a senior engineer is on standby through 30 days of hypercare.
We are vendor-neutral. We specify what meets the requirement, manage what you already own and say so when a platform should change.

Why GoAgile
Why organisations choose one team for the whole stack
Every handover between suppliers is a place where accountability disappears. We remove them.
One accountable team
Design, build and run under one contract, with one team answerable for the result.
Vendor-neutral advice
We specify what meets your requirement and budget, and say so when the answer is to keep what you have.
Designed to be operated
Because we run what we build, designs are practical to support and documented for the people who will.
Certified practices
ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001 management systems behind how we work.
Start small, grow steadily
From a single server room or one managed service to a full data centre programme.
Rooted in Saudi Arabia
Headquartered in Riyadh since 2012, with offices in Dubai and the USA and delivery across the GCC.
More from GoAgile
Infrastructure works best with the rest of the stack
Most infrastructure projects connect to an ERP programme, a software build or a compliance requirement. These are the places clients go next.
IT infrastructure is the foundation your applications and users depend on: facilities such as server rooms and data centres, cabling and networks, servers, storage and cloud platforms, backup and recovery systems, and the people and processes that operate them. ERP, email and every other business system run on top of it.
What IT infrastructure services does GoAgile provide in Saudi Arabia?
Eight services: managed IT services, managed 24/7 NOC services, data centre design and implementation, structured copper and fiber cabling, raised floors and rack systems, access control and wireless systems, backup, storage and disaster recovery, and data management. They can be bought separately or as one programme.
What is the difference between managed IT, a NOC and a SOC?
Managed IT runs the day-to-day technology operation: service desk, devices, servers and cloud. A NOC monitors networks and infrastructure around the clock and manages incidents. A SOC watches for and responds to cyber threats. They overlap and work best together, each with a clear scope.
Should we build a data centre, use colocation or move to the cloud?
It depends on workload, data classification, regulatory limits and cost over ten years. Regulated, latency-sensitive or steady workloads often suit on-premises or colocation, while variable workloads suit the cloud. We compare options with real figures and often recommend a hybrid design.
How much do IT infrastructure services cost in Saudi Arabia?
It depends on the service and scope. Managed services are normally a fixed monthly fee based on users, devices and coverage hours. Projects such as data centres, cabling and Wi-Fi are priced from a survey and design. We give a costed range early so you can decide before committing.
Can you work with our existing equipment and vendors?
Yes. We are vendor-neutral and manage mixed estates. We review what you own, keep what is sound and recommend replacements only where there is a reason.
How do you help with NCA, SAMA and PDPL compliance?
We design and operate infrastructure so the controls these frameworks expect, such as patching, access control, logging, backup, recovery testing and data classification, are routine and evidenced. Legal interpretation of the regulations remains with your counsel.
Can you manage hybrid environments, part on-premises and part in the cloud?
Yes. We design the connectivity, identity and governance for hybrid estates and manage both sides through one service desk and one NOC, with a single set of reports.
Do you provide IT infrastructure services outside Riyadh?
Yes. We deliver across the Kingdom, including Jeddah, Dammam and Al Khobar, and across the GCC. Most operations are remote, and engineers attend site for installation, commissioning and incidents.
How do we get started?
Tell us what you run and what you want to change. We will arrange a short call, followed where useful by a site survey or a discovery workshop, and then propose the right service, order of work and budget.
