What is Zoho People Plus
A complete HR suite, not one HR app
Zoho People Plus is Zoho’s HR suite. It connects hiring, core HR, time and attendance, talent management, payroll, travel and expenses, and team chat in one system.

What is Zoho People Plus?
Zoho People Plus is Zoho’s HR suite. It combines talent acquisition, core HR, time and attendance, talent management, payroll, travel and expense, and team chat in one connected system.
What is the difference between Zoho People and People Plus?
Zoho People is the core HR application. People Plus bundles it with hiring, payroll, expenses and collaboration, so HR can run on one suite. If you only need core HR and attendance, Zoho People is usually enough.
Does Zoho People Plus support Saudi payroll?
Zoho says Zoho Payroll supports GOSI, end-of-service and wage files for Saudi Arabia. We confirm what applies to your plan and test your payroll end to end before go-live.
Can it handle Saudi leave and Ramadan working hours?
Yes, through leave policies, holiday lists and shift settings. We set up Saudi leave types, Islamic holidays, the weekend and reduced Ramadan hours with your HR team.
Can employees use it on their phones?
Yes. Zoho People has Android and iOS apps for check-in, leave requests and approvals.
Can you connect it to our ERP or finance system?
Yes. We connect HR data and payroll journals to Zoho Books, SAP, Business Central, Odoo or TallyPrime, so finance does not re-key payroll.
Can you move our HR data from spreadsheets or another system?
Yes. We clean and load employee records, leave balances and documents, and check them with HR before go-live.
Where is our HR data stored?
Zoho announced two data centres in Saudi Arabia, in Riyadh and Jeddah, in March 2024. Which apps and accounts use them depends on your set-up, so we confirm it with Zoho for your case.
