What is Power Platform
Build the small apps your business always needed
Power Platform is Microsoft’s toolkit for building apps, automating routine work and publishing portals without writing large amounts of code. It is the quickest way to fix the gaps your ERP does not cover.
Every company has processes that live in email, paper and spreadsheets: leave requests, purchase approvals, site inspections, customer onboarding. Power Platform turns these into apps and workflows that run on phones and in browsers, and plug into the systems you already pay for.

What businesses build
Real solutions, one process at a time
These are the kinds of things we are asked for most often in Saudi and Gulf companies.
Approvals that finish themselves
Purchase requests, leave, expenses and contracts that go to the right approver, remind them, and record the decision. No chasing by WhatsApp.
Site and safety inspections
A checklist app with photos and signatures that works on a phone and syncs when back online.
Employee and customer onboarding
Collect documents, set up access and tell each team what to do next.
Vendor and customer portals
Let vendors submit invoices and customers track orders and requests, with login and permissions.
Helpdesk chatbot
Answer HR and IT questions at any hour, and raise a ticket when a person is needed.
Links between systems
Move data between Dynamics, Odoo, SAP, Excel and banks without re-typing.

How we deliver
Start small, prove it, then grow
A pilot first keeps risk and cost low and gives your people something real to react to.
-
1
Step 1
Pick one process
We choose a process that is painful, frequent and clear, and agree what good looks like.
-
2
Step 2
Build a pilot
In a few weeks you get a working app or flow, built with the people who will use it.
-
3
Step 3
Test with real users
We fix what is awkward, add what is missing and check security with your IT team.
-
4
Step 4
Launch and train
We roll out to the team, train by role and hand over documentation.
-
5
Step 5
Grow with control
Next processes follow the same pattern, under shared rules, owners and environments.
Keep it safe
Low-code, with proper control
Speed is only useful if the result is secure and supportable.
Separate test and live areas
Changes are tried in a test environment before they reach your people.
Rules on connected data
We decide which systems apps may connect to, so sensitive data stays inside.
Named owners
Every app and flow has an owner, a purpose and a support contact.
Controlled changes
Updates follow a simple process, with a way back if something goes wrong.

What is Microsoft Power Platform?
Power Platform is a set of Microsoft tools for building apps, automating work and analysing data with little or no coding. It includes Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio and Power BI, all sharing one data layer called Dataverse.
What is the difference between Power Apps and Power Automate?
Power Apps is for screens people use, such as a form, an inspection checklist or a small business app. Power Automate runs behind the scenes, moving data and sending approvals and alerts between systems. Most solutions use both.
Do we need developers to use Power Platform?
Simple apps and workflows can be built by trained business users. We still recommend an expert for anything touching finance, customer data or your ERP, so it stays secure, tested and supportable.
Can Power Platform work with our ERP and other systems?
Yes. It connects to Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and hundreds of other systems, and we can reach Odoo, SAP and custom databases through connectors and APIs.
How much does Power Platform cost?
It depends on how many people use it and which apps and workflows they run. Your Microsoft 365 or Dynamics licences may already include some rights, so we check what you own before recommending anything to buy.
How do you stop apps from getting out of control?
We set up separate environments for testing and live use, rules about which data may be connected, named owners for every app and a clear process for changes. This keeps the speed of low-code without the mess.
Can Power Platform apps work in Arabic?
Yes. We design screens, labels and messages in Arabic and English, and test with your users on phones and desktops.
Do you provide Power Platform services in Riyadh and the GCC?
Yes. Our head office is in Riyadh. We build and support Power Platform solutions for companies across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
