The operating system for your business
Zoho One is Zoho’s bundle of its business apps. Zoho says it includes more than 45 apps for sales, marketing, finance, HR, support and teamwork, with one login and one licence for the whole company.
The value is not in having many apps. It is in using the few your teams need, connected to each other, so a customer, a product or an employee is entered once. We plan which apps go live first and which wait.

How you pay
Two ways to license Zoho One
The right model depends on how many of your people will really use it. We work this out for you before you buy.
All-employee
Every employee gets a licence for the whole suite at one price per person. Zoho requires you to license all employees.

Best for: Offices where most people sit at a computer.
Flexible user
You license only the people who need Zoho One, at a higher price per person.

Buy one or two apps instead of the bundle, for example Zoho Books and CRM, and move to Zoho One later.

What is Zoho One?
Zoho One is Zoho’s bundle of its business apps, covering sales, marketing, finance, HR, support and collaboration, under one login. Zoho describes it as including more than 45 apps.
Is Zoho One an ERP?
Zoho One is a connected suite that can work as an ERP for many small and mid-sized businesses, with Zoho Books, Inventory, CRM and People at the core. For complex manufacturing or very large groups we compare it with Odoo, Business Central and SAP.
How is Zoho One priced?
Zoho offers an all-employee model and a flexible-user model, and prices change over time. We check the current prices with Zoho and work out which model costs less for your team before you buy.
Do we need to use all the apps?
No. Most companies use a handful. We start with the apps that solve your biggest problems and switch on others as teams are ready.
Can Zoho One work with Arabic?
Yes. We set up bilingual documents and emails in Arabic and English and test right-to-left layouts. Language support differs by app, so we confirm it for each app you plan to use.
Where is our data stored?
Zoho announced two data centres in Saudi Arabia, in Riyadh and Jeddah, in March 2024. Which apps and accounts use them depends on your set-up, so we confirm it with Zoho for your case.
Can you move our data from Tally, QuickBooks or Excel?
Yes. We clean and load customers, vendors, items, balances and open entries, and check them with your accountant before go-live.
How long does a Zoho One rollout take?
A first phase with two or three apps is often live in weeks. The full suite is rolled out over months, team by team. We agree a timeline after the mapping workshop.
